You will feel that you have stepped back in time but of course modern conveniences are included such as free Wi Fi which is available from your room.
Simply put, the four rooms are spacious and beautiful. Some rooms have antique furniture and all feature king size beds, private verandahs (where you may see the wildlife that live in the garden) and blockout curtains to enhance your sleep quality.
All rooms are ensuited and equipped with quality linen and toiletries. The rooms feature bar size fridges excellent tea, coffee, biscuits and for a night cap, enjoy complimentary port and chocolates.

We offer our guests a complimentary, healthy, continental breakfast. That breakfast currently consists of (gluten free) museli, weetbix, sultana bran, corn flakes and sustain. In the cooler months porridge will also be available. We also provide orange juice, yoghurt, quite a lot of fresh fruit, toast, tea and coffee.
When in season avocados from our non spray tree are available. Much to our guests’ delight, home made jams (made by a local lady) are on offer, together with the usual breakfast favourites of vegemite, honey and peanut butter.
Our guests have mentioned that our breakfast is sufficient and that they have enjoyed it. It is simply a self-service breakfast so that guests can come and go as they please within a specified time frame.
Amore B&B is a replica federation designed two storey home with Queenslander style verandahs that extend the cosy luxurious rooms outwards to the fresh mountain air. Lush rainforest gardens mix with English country flowering shrubs and trees in a garden where you can stroll and find spaces of tranquility and reflection.
The guests lounge area includes a reading library, antiques, a baby grand piano, and a central fireplace completes the mountain cabin atmosphere. While we create a feeling of classic nineteen-twenties charm, modern amenities are available to enhance your comfort. Free WiFi keeps you in touch with the outside world if you choose, and all rooms have ensuites and flat screen TV’s with DVD. We maintain an up to date DVD library and popular current magazines are available. Smartphone connectivity is also available, conditional on compatibility.
